Our client, a prepackaged meal delivery service, manages their own internal Managed Supplier Provider (MSP). We were introduced into the program 2018. Five years later, our client optimized their supplier base, reducing their overall number of suppliers, and named Adecco as a preferred vendor.

Acting as a preferred supplier in seven locations and managing six onsite programs, we primarily focus on filling light industrial roles in their distribution centers. Our Adecco team holds quarterly meetings with client leadership to highlight our operational reports, market analysis, and thought leadership on wage rates, workforce trends, and economic forecasting.

In addition to our day-to-day support with their contingent workforce, we also leveraged the Adecco Creative & Marketing team to fill 6 niche corporate roles, and they soon became the go-to for filling temporary marketing and niche openings, including Director of Marketing, Junior Recipe Developer, and Email Marketer. Each of the roles was filled within seven to eight business days.

Recently, we've also stepped up to support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Adecco colleagues hosted an onsite “Hire 4 Impact” event and partnered with our client, Goodwill, and The Adecco Group US Foundation to donate art supplies to local schools and volunteer for BTG Community Outreach.
