Bringing community spirit and much needed support to our client’s site

For us, great partnerships are built on more than just business. It’s about our impact in the larger community. Recently, we partnered with our client, our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team, and the Adecco Group US Foundation to host a “Hire 4 Impact” event at one of its Georgia sites.

The two-day event was developed to drive peak season hiring for our client by tapping into diverse candidate pools and increasing local community engagement. We ensured all orders were filled through innovative marketing efforts to attract candidates and a streamlined onboarding approach. That included two Jobmobiles which were on-site for eight hours to help screen and process candidates for our client and the “Hire 4 Impact” event.

The event supported two local nonprofits, a food bank, and art supply drive for pediatric cancer patients. Our client, community members, the Adecco Group US Foundation, and Adecco colleagues from across various cities and suburbs came out to help and volunteer.

Due to the success of the event and our growing partnership, the client has reduced their number of suppliers.
