The Adecco Group earned two of the 2025 Military Friendly® Employer designations for its efforts to create sustainable and meaningful career paths for both veterans and military spouses. The Adecco Group ranked:

• #2 in the Military Spouse Friendly® Employer designation for its dedication to hiring military spouses and creating lasting, meaningful initiatives to aid in the progression of their career development
• #8 in the Military Friendly® Employer designation for meeting or exceeding standards in at least three out of four critical areas of commitment to the military community

Adecco was recognized on ClearlyRated’s 2025 Best of Staffing list for providing remarkable service to their employees. For the Employee Satisfaction category, only firms whose ratings exceed industry benchmarks are recognized as leaders in cultivating an excellent internal employee experience.

In 2025, Adecco was named on the list for ClearlyRated’s Best Staffing Firms for Women. For an organization to be selected to this list, women must comprise at least 47% of the workforce, rate the firm highly and be highly represented in leadership roles.

In 2024, Adecco USA, Inc. was ranked as one of the 10 largest staffing agencies in the US based on revenue. In addition, SIA recognized the Adecco Group as the second largest staffing firm globally, and our sister brand Akkodis was named one of the largest IT staffing firms and engineering staffing firms in the US.
