A temporary marketing director? A junior recipe developer? We can fill that

In July, our long-term meal-kit preparation and delivery client reached out for help filling a role different than the typical light industrial and distribution jobs we handle for them.

The request? A temporary director of marketing, to cover for an employee’s short leave of absence.

The team who handled their usual day-to-day staffing brought in our Creative & Marketing team to help.

After a quick intake call to understand their needs and timeline, the Creative & Marketing team surveyed Adecco’s talent pipeline, interviewed potential fits – and sent three candidates to our client for two to three rounds of interviews. The role was filled in less than two weeks.

Within the next four months, our client sent us five more roles, including an HR administrator, email marketers and developers, and a junior recipe developer. For many of those roles, we tapped into our existing talent roster, but we also utilized LinkedIn to source their more industry-specific needs.
