Matt Thomas: Embracing change and leading with accountability

"During my time in the Air Force, I embraced how important it is to never stop learning and embrace change aggressively."

We all have defining moments that shape our paths, and for Matt, it was his time in the Air Force. As a young recruit, Matt entered an environment that demanded adaptability and leadership.

His experience not only introduced him to fundamental people skills but also taught him to embrace change and never stop learning.

After leaving the military, Matt’s career journey took him through industries, each offering new roles and opportunities. When he joined Adecco in 2011, he found a place where his diverse experiences and adaptability were valued.

The transition from military to civilian life is often a challenge, but for Matt, it was a journey marked by growth and discovery.

Over the years, he held six different positions within Adecco. His dedication to leading with accountability and fostering teamwork has remained an essential part of his career and has certainly made an impact at Adecco.

His own career highlights have included being a part of Adecco’s supportive culture and leading some of the staffing industry’s best teams. His experiences guided his approach to leadership, emphasizing the importance of personal integrity and leading by example.

Michelle Carrasco: From military service to inspiring career transitions

"My career here at Adecco all started in 2014 in North Carolina as a referral from my neighbor who at the time was a Military Spouse and colleague."

Michelle Carrasco’s career story exemplifies the power of connections and resilience. In 2014, a referral from a military spouse led her to Adecco. Starting as a remote recruiter in North Carolina, Michelle demonstrated remarkable adaptability as she took on various roles.

Her career, marked by significant achievements, also faced its share of challenges, but Michelle remained determined. Her commitment and perseverance enabled her to overcome hurdles and advance within Adecco.

Through her roles as Delivery Success Manager and Area Operations Partner, Michelle has been key in enhancing team performance and strengthening client relationships. Her commitment to fostering collaboration and mentoring new hires has greatly contributed to the company's success and positively influenced Adecco’s culture and operational excellence.

Cory Elder: Championing veterans' transitions with dedication

"After retiring from the Army in 2022, I was contacted by a former Army friend who was working as a Search Consultant for Adecco. He told me how this company loved their Veterans, and it sounded like a place I wanted to be."
