Jacksonville, FL (July 16, 2026) — In recognition of National Hire a Veteran Day and as America celebrates its 250th anniversary, Adecco will host more than 100 hiring and appreciation events across the country on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Held in partnership with The Adecco Group US Foundation, the nationwide initiative will honor veterans and military spouses while welcoming all job seekers to connect with employment opportunities and career support.

During the events, Adecco recruiters and career experts will offer resume support, interview guidance, and job matching assistance. While the events are open to all job seekers, veterans and military spouses will have access to specialized resources designed to help translate military experience into civilian career opportunities across industries including manufacturing, logistics, information technology, administration, customer service and human resources.

“As our nation marks its 250th anniversary, National Hire a Veteran Day is more than a moment of recognition it’s a call to action,” said Geno Cutolo, president of Adecco North America. “Veterans and military spouses possess highly transferable skills that employers need today. That's why our recruiters across the country are coming together to connect that talent with meaningful employment opportunities."

The events reflect Adecco's longstanding commitment to helping military-connected talent successfully transition into and advance within the civilian workforce. The Adecco Group has helped more than 100,000 military families secure employment opportunities through The Adecco Group Military Alliance program, providing career development, upskilling and reskilling, job placement support and community engagement.

"For 24 years, our Military Alliance has stood behind those who have served and their families,” said Rachelle Chapman, senior director of The Adecco Group US Foundation. “Every veteran and military spouse has given something to this country. That's why the Military Alliance exists: to help them thrive in the civilian workforce and in the next chapter of their lives."
