eCommerce Operations (Good Excel)

Responsibilities
This role runs day to day operations (including working on continuous process improvement initiatives) to bring financial products to drivers/merchants or passengers which include but not limited to the following:
- Develop and improve our marketing/communication campaigns. Have an intermediate understanding of planning for “best in-app user journeys and experiences”.
- Setting up and optimizing our assets across in-app / base marketing platforms. Beyond setting up, you will also be responsible for tracking/analyzing the overall performance of the campaign within our app.
- Working on continuous process improvement initiatives to build sustainable operation, increase efficiency and achieve cost savings.
- Support distribution of our products by working closely with partners and stakeholders across different functions in the organization.
- Support Ops Manager in managing the team’s warehouse, including working and checking with the warehouse to ensure adequate level of necessary products at all times.
- Periodically provide support to Customer by answering customers inquiries.
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as directed by the Manager.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce or similar).
- 1+ years of working experience in lending products/ lending operations/marketing operations field.
- Strong Excel & Office skills.
- Good team player, able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Agile, love solving operational inefficiencies.
Job Preferences:
- Role Knowledge in any programming language is a big plus.
- Good English communication skill.
Note: This role requires working 2 Saturdays per month (work-from-home) to handle any arising or backlog issues, if needed.
