Does the employee need to be under Adecco’s labour contract to use this service?expand_more

No. With payroll administration service, your employees remain under your internal headcount. Adecco simply manages the administrative HR and payroll tasks on your behalf.

We use a payroll software system certified with ISO 9001:2015, which ensures quality and systematic control of payroll activities.

Access is restricted to assigned Payroll Consultants and Project Managers with individual login credentials. Data confidentiality is strictly maintained, with limited access rights and regular security protocols.

Yes. In addition to payroll calculation, we can make salary transfers to employees on your behalf. We also send out individual payslips monthly, protected with employee-specific passwords for added security.
