Our client, a manufacturer of premier chocolates, wanted a labor program that satisfied their need for both contingent labor and permanent placements at their headquarters, so our local team got to work and implemented a successful program.

At our client’s headquarters, our onsite team managed a current active headcount of 380 temporary workers, and as a result, associate turnover remains below the target.

That’s because the program utilizes strong retention strategies, including the potential to convert to Full-Time Equivalency (FTE), upskilling opportunities, and regular performance reviews.

We have placed 25 permanent placement candidates YTD with a projection of nearly 50 by the end of the year through our specialized permanent recruitment team and local branches.
