JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – June 2, 2026 – Adecco, the leading global workforce solutions provider, announced today that Sarah Breiner, Area Vice President, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2026 40 Under 40 list, which recognizes emerging leaders making a significant impact on the staffing and workforce solutions industry.
Breiner joined Adecco in 2014, inspired by her father’s career in staffing and her own passion for connecting people to meaningful work. Today, she oversees a portfolio exceeding $230 million across national accounts. In the past year, she secured two major enterprise client wins while sustaining multi-year revenue growth and creating opportunities for team members to advance their careers.
Beyond business growth, Breiner has helped champion a program that brings retirees back into the workforce to mentor and upskill the next generation of talent. She also supports The Adecco Group US Foundation's Military Alliance Program, which connects veterans and military spouses with employment opportunities.
“Sarah embodies what it means to lead with both results and purpose,” said Geno Cutolo, President of Adecco North America. “She has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike, and this recognition reflects not only her impact on the business, but her ability to develop talent, strengthen teams and elevate those around her.”
“This year’s 40 Under 40 honorees are helping reshape the staffing industry,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “They’re embracing AI and innovation to solve workforce challenges and strengthen client relationships, while continuing to lead with the trust, responsiveness and, most importantly, human connection that remains central to their business.”
“I’m honored to be recognized among this year’s 40 Under 40 honorees,” said Breiner. “One of the things I love most about this industry is that success is never achieved alone. This recognition reflects the many mentors, teammates and partners who have shaped my career along the way.”
SIA’s 2026 40 Under 40 list is now available online and will be featured in the July/August issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine. The 40 Under 40 Class of 2026 will be formally recognized during SIA’s CollaborationX event taking place Sept. 29 - Oct. 1 in Dallas.
