Adecco named to ClearlyRated’s 2024 Best of Staffing list

ClearlyRated’s 2024 Best of Staffing list recognizes client, placed talent and employee satisfaction leaders in the staffing industry. Participating firms use the Net Promotor® Score (NPS®) methodology to collect feedback and measure satisfaction of their clients, placed talent and/or internal employees. For the Employee Satisfaction category, only firms whose employee satisfaction ratings exceed industry benchmarks are recognized as leaders in cultivating an excellent internal employee experience.

The 2024 Best Staffing Firms for Women list recognizes industry leaders who are providing an exceptional experience for the women in their company. To qualify for inclusion on the list, a firm must invite feedback from 100 percent of their internal staff on the overall experience of working at the firm. Further, women must comprise at least 47 percent of the workforce, rate the firm highly and be highly represented in leadership roles. This is the second consecutive year that Adecco has been named to this list. This year, fewer than 0.1 percent of staffing firms in the United States and Canada qualified to earn the Best Staffing Firms for Women designation, making this a prestigious recognition for staffing firms seeking to hire and retain top internal talent.
