Our client, an up-and-coming online boutique, was experiencing fulfillment, turnover and attendance challenges during peak season due to below-market and non-competitive pay rates.

Our approach

Adecco developed a go-to-market strategy to quickly attract candidates and meet demanding forecast numbers. We provided market data, case studies and a competitor analysis to demonstrate the need for higher pay rates to attract talent. We implemented a pay rate incentive for associates that met the one-week perfect attendance goal. In addition, we increased pay rates and the opportunity to earn additional incentive pay which helped to improve retention.
