For an international tech client, our Outsourcing program leads to 0% overtime and a nearly 14% increase in volume output.

Full story:

Our client, a global technology giant, was looking for a strategic partner to handle their international, multi-location digital information transformation and archival initiative.

Facing rapidly evolving engineering requirements for new products and features, our client needed a staffing firm who could attain operational performance essential for long-term program viability – and who could also accommodate fast changes in workflows and technology.

In addition, our client required tight coordination between its engineering and operations teams.

To accomplish this, our strategies included:

  • “Upstaffing” = $0 production overtime
  • Significant reduction in re-scans – “best-methods” training and application
  • Prompt corrective action – "fail fast"
  • Significant reduction in “non-value-added” idle time – 46.5% over prior year
  • Enhanced selectivity in recruiting and screening
  • Enhanced and strengthened training protocols
  • Lean Six Sigma deployment
  • Leadership development

We developed a custom Outsourcing solution to address all of their needs and achieved success with no cost or risk to the client.
