Our client, a leading health technology company, was awarded an exclusive contract and, as a result, needed to ramp-up 12 direct hires per month. Adecco was selected as the specialty staffing supplier to deliver high-quality candidates for these experienced healthcare professional roles.

Our approach

To recruit top talent, Adecco created a team of 10 specialized recruiters to meet our client’s aggressive goals.

We worked diligently to deliver qualified Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates by evaluating prospective talent through client-specific screening questionnaires, including proprietary technical and personality assessments.

To reduce candidate fall-off and expedite the hiring timeline, the Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences team utilized scheduling technology to proactively arrange interviews for qualified candidates with hiring managers. To date, we have successfully hired over 60 full-time employees for our client.
