Short version:
After a new high-end retail clients asked Adecco’s Creative & Marketing team to fill in-store and corporate creative positions, they found that 50% of associates we placed were hired permanently.
Long version:
Our client, a luxury retailer specializing in watches and jewelry, needed a staffing partner experienced in payrolling.
After a successful Adecco program with their former employer, the client’s key Talent Acquisition (TA) stakeholder asked us to step in.
Adecco’s Creative & Marketing division worked as an extension of our client’s dedicated TA team. This saved the client from adding more headcount and incurring the burden and costs of onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
We were originally approached to fill boutique retail openings, but we were later asked to help with corporate creative roles.
Our team developed a custom recruiting, payrolling, and onboarding program, designed to give the flexibility needed to support filling:
- Creative corporate roles, including instructional designers, marketing coordinators, fragrance product managers and merchandise assistants
- Associates at different boutiques across the country
- Annual ramp needs, including more than 100 candidates during their peak season from September to February
For our client’s largest annual project, we seamlessly handled onboarding and payroll for client experience coordinators at their boutique locations throughout the country. Currently, we have 75 Client Payrolled Employees (CPEs) actively working.
