Persons with disabilities are still disproportionately unemployed or underemployed, even during today’s labor crisis. Despite their skills, they are often overlooked on the jobs market, resulting in employers missing great talent, and persons with disabilities missing great opportunities.

Yet, for employers looking to get started with hiring persons with disabilities, the toughest challenge is often knowing where to start.

Small actions, big difference

At Adecco, we've been working on disability inclusion for more than 30 years. We don’t have all the answers, and we know that we have a long road ahead of us. But we are committed to doing more and learning as we go.

Our advice to employers is to start small, keep an open mind, and consider each person for their potential and abilities within a disability-friendly environment. Small steps, made consistently, make a big difference.
