Central order management deployed to support a new business line

Adecco supported our client’s new business venture in response to an uptick in demand for consumer goods order fulfillment and distribution.

Within 10 weeks, Adecco stood up a Central Order Management delivery model within an existing MVP program. Since the project’s inception, Adecco partnered with our client to build a program that would cater to various locations and alternating shift coverage to a growing number of projected orders.

Over the past 4 months, we moved at the highest velocity to grow the shopper workforce from 0 to 1,000 HC. As a result, we accumulated extensive learnings on how to operationalize staffing in highly distributed and solve complex challenges. Contact us to see how we can help your business.
