Associates find support when Adecco’s client implements a new onboarding exam

For our client, an automotive parts manufacturer, there’s a custom onboarding process in place. All associates are required to undergo orientation and must achieve a passing score on a final exam prior to starting the assignment.

We noticed some associates struggled with the assessment and as a result were unable to start on assignment.

To address this challenge and better prepare associates, the onsite manager reached out to our head of associate testing and training to solicit support. Through the Aspire Academy, our online learning platform, we created a mock orientation to familiarize associates with the exam format and provide additional coursework if they failed our mock quiz.
