Our approach

To solve our client’s hiring needs, we utilized our onsite and centralized recruitment teams, which enabled us to deliver transparency and streamline the hiring process. We deployed a high-volume recruitment strategy by leveraging our extensive database and other technologies to meet the hiring timeline. We utilized a remote training program to facilitate successful virtual onboarding and provided daily coaching based on real-time KPI data. Our team of lean-trained experts employed proprietary Adecco Red Belt principles to improve productivity within processes, resulting in enhanced associate performance. At successful project closure, our associate NPS score increased by 57 points and our client stated, “Adecco was an integral component to our success.”
