In the series of activities under the project to recruit disabled people for our client, Adecco Vietnam organised a special assessment day at our office to welcome visually impaired candidates. The shortlist of visually impaired talents would perform an in-depth assessment session through interview and job simulation with our recruiters. Equal consideration is given to selecting the best-fit ones for the vacancies.

This special recruitment project marks a significant step in our commitment to enhancing equality, diversity, and inclusion in the core values of Adecco. Likewise, we welcome all cooperation from any group, not just NGOs, Blind Centers, and Blind Associations, but also from referral individuals in order to transmit value and humanity to persons with disabilities
