With the mission of making the future work for everyone, the Payroll & Staffing team of Adecco Vietnam involves in the client's project of hiring visually impaired people. We coordinate with Sao Mai Center, an NGO based in Vietnam to interview and place the visually impaired talents there in our employment opportunities.
Most of the visually impaired here are empowered with needed assistive technology, employment and daily living skills which well-fit the job requirements.
We believe this special hiring project is part of our broader commitment to well-being, equality, diversity and inclusion across our value chain. Likewise, we welcome all cooperation from any group, not just NGOs, Blind Centers, and Blind Associations, but also from referral individuals in order to transmit value and humanity to persons with disabilities
