This leading academic platform simulates the Management Trainee recruitment process of multinational corporations, drawing nearly 3,000 outstanding competitors from over 50 universities nationwide.
In the initial round, candidates underwent evaluation
through
"Application Form, CV and Online Test"
screening, with the top 120 advancing to the
"Initial Interview"
phrase. Here, representing Adecco Vietnam, our dedicated team of 16 recruitment experts served as interviewers with the aim of offering invaluable support, assisting candidates in enhancing interview techniques, and refining essential soft skills.
