This December, in honour of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we proudly celebrate the value of diversity and the well-being of individuals with disabilities worldwide.
Last week, Mi Pham, our Operations Team Lead, had the opportunity to attend the "Empowerment Through Employment of Persons with Visual Impairment Summit" in Hanoi. Organised by Sao Mai Center, Vietnam Blind Association, and supported by The Nippon Foundation, the event gathered 100 delegates from Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia. Together, they tackled the challenges faced by visually impaired individuals, explore practical solutions to tear down barriers and promote equal job opportunities for all.
With Inclusion at the heart of what we do, we aim to nurture a culture that looks beyond limitations, where every individual is given equal opportunities and can be recognised for their true potential.
