CEO for One month 2023

The Adecco Group offers you the unique opportunity to become the CEO for One Month, working side by side with the CEO of Adecco Vietnam, Ms. Thanh Le. The selected CEO for One Month will get a taste of how to run a multinational company with 30,000 employees in 60 countries, whilst securing a market-leading salary.

“CEO for One Month” runs in more than 40 countries, where the first step will be to apply to become CEO for One Month in your location of residence, where you will have the opportunity to secure a paid internship working directly with your local Country Head from Adecco.

Once in role, you will then work alongside other global finalists across multiple regions, before a final 10 are chosen and invited to a global location for the final selection event. An all-expenses paid five-day event, a priceless opportunity where one finalist is chosen to become global CEO for One Month and earn an additional internship with our business .

• You must be enthusiastic, have a proactive attitude, with a flexible approach and the ability of multi-tasking.
• Curiosity to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgement and decision-making but also willingness to accept and learn from mistakes.
• ‘CEO for One Month’ is an inclusive initiative, with no educational or skillset requirements – we accept candidates from all walks of life
• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• All participants must have the necessary legal right to work in the location where they wish to apply, to allow you to be onboarded and travel through the Adecco Group business.
• You must be available for an initial internship between the months of May-July 2023.
