Adecco Vietnam recently joined as a professional partner in the workshop " First Step to Launch Your Career – How to Write a Resume and Win a Job Interview ", organised by the Training Department of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) in Hanoi.
Ms. Hoa Pham, Team Lead of Permanent Recruitment at Adecco Vietnam, along with other keynote speakers, initiated the event by discussing the essentials of crafting
standout CVs amidst the competitive job market. The session also offered tips on succeeding in job interviews and impressing recruiters. Following that, DAV students had a chance to engage in mock interviews where they could practice their interview skills and received helpful feedback tailored to their strengths

From hands-on activities to interactive discussions, we hope participants can gain valuable insights, practical tools, newfound confidence and a clearer vision to identify potential career opportunities as they take their first steps into the professional world .
