Out client - a global leader in footwear manufacturing - is looking for Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, while ensuring a balanced product mix and turnover.
- Manage and retain existing clients, driving growth through share expansion, product upgrades, and price optimization to meet assigned targets.
- Monitor and follow up on specifications secured by the global sales team; provide timely feedback.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers, and track progress through to order closure.
- Deliver measurable new business growth through both sales revenue and specification wins.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through customer conversion, product upgrades, and new offerings.
- Execute and localize specifications from the global sales team to drive sales with local contractors.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with hands-on experience in field sales.
- 4–5 years of experience, preferably within the footwear or textile industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing key accounts.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and collaborative in working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Confident in delivering presentations to groups.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
- Well-organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload efficiently.
