Principal AI Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Principal AI Engineer who will be responsible for the following:

• Led or served as the principal technical contributor on large-scale AI projects, delivering clear impact on system performance, product quality, or operational efficiency.
• Made significant contributions to the design, deployment, or optimization of AI systems (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI) that have been successfully adopted in real-world production use.
• Drove technical initiatives, solutions, or standardization of AI processes applied across multiple teams or business units.
• Participated in or led the optimization of AI pipelines on GPU and cloud infrastructures, achieving substantial improvements in training and inference performance or overall system stability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master/Engineer ’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Preference given to graduates from prestigious universities ranked in the top 500 QS Ranking or U.S. research universities classified as "R1: Doctoral Universities – Very high research spending and doctorate production" in the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education.
• Hold advanced Cloud certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Google, OpenInfra Foundation, Linux Foundation, or equivalent international certifications.
• Preference for additional certifications in security, architecture, or industry-specific awards.
• Experience in training and mentoring Cloud solutions in an international environment is a valuable plus.
• Recognized with national/international awards, outstanding contributions, or as a pioneer in applying new Cloud solutions that bring breakthroughs to the organization.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.
• Candidates with a Master’s degree or formal training from reputable universities, domestically or internationally, are strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications in AI/ML or platforms such as Cloud, GPU computing, or distributed systems are an advantage.
• Preference for candidates with experience participating in applied research topics, R&D projects, or AI research-to-production collaboration programs.

Highly prefer candidates with outstanding achievements as follows:

• Participated in real-world enterprise AI projects in key technical roles, contributing to improvements in system performance, product quality, or operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated clear contributions to the development, enhancement, or optimization of AI systems or products (NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI; exposure to LLMs/Foundation Models is a strong plus) that have been put into practical use.
• Delivered technical solutions, improvements, or professional documentation adopted within the team or business unit; preference for candidates who have shared knowledge internally or participated in applied R&D activities.
• Involved in the development or optimization of AI pipelines on GPU and cloud infrastructures, contributing to improved training and inference performance or overall system stability.
