Backend Technical Lead (Java)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate, lead and define strategies to achieve development goals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to fully understand requirements and related tasks.
• Ensure clear communication of all technical activities within the team.
• Take overall responsibility for development deliverables, including detailed documentation of new features or changes.
• Establish workflows to align developed applications with user stories.
• Coordinate and communicate technical processes across teams, supporting Endpoint Security objectives.
• Oversee technical operations for product development, ensuring alignment with plans, quality standards, and effective monitoring across planning, QA, customer service, procurement, and contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of backend development experience
• Strong experience with Git
• Proficient in Spring Boot (Java) and its core principles
• Solid understanding of Clean Code and refactoring
• Experience with MSA tools: RabbitMQ, ELK, Nginx, Redis, PostgreSQL, Spring Cloud
• Strong Linux system management skills
• Experience in Agile and DevOps tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Ability to investigate and resolve system/application issues
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and Stored Procedures
