Responsibilities for a Program Manager include but are not limited to:

·       Identify, review, and catalog legal mail received in the digitized mail database.

·       Process and take action on liens, levies, garnishments, and court order holds impacting Global Payment Network (GPN) participants.

·       Ensure settlement support legal documents are accurately tracked, documented, and routed for resolution.

·       Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and timely handling of legal payment restrictions and holds.

Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       5-10 years of relevant experience in legal operations, financial operations, payments, banking, settlements, or related programs.

·       Strong hands-on experience with liens, garnishments, levies, and court orders (mandatory).

·       Experience reviewing and managing legal correspondence/documentation within a regulated environment.

·       Ability to work in a hybrid environment and independently manage high-volume, detail-oriented work.

Pay Details: $58.06 per hour
