Responsibilities for a Process Design Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and risk management.

• Partner with Line of Business leaders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements and develop solutions that address critical business challenges.

• Drive continuous process improvement efforts by applying process engineering best practices and implementing sustainable technology-enabled solutions.

• Utilize analytics, critical thinking, and business case development to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost savings, process optimization, and operational excellence.

Candidates for Process Design Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Business Transformation roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated success identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, risk reduction, cost savings, and process optimization.

• Experience gathering business requirements, developing business cases, and implementing solutions that deliver measurable business results.

• Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives and achieve project objectives.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement methodologies, and data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is preferred.

What's in this Process Design Analyst position for you?

• Pay: $77.46/hour

• Shift: Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Schedule: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite in Tampa, FL)

• Assignment Length: 10-month assignment

Pay Details: $77.46 per hour
