Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via overnight couriers

• Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing, reconciliation, and transaction processing

• Conduct research and resolve transaction exceptions and internal inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensure accuracy, maintain productivity standards, and meet strict processing deadlines while adhering to quality requirements

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Proficiency in 10-key entry, basic accounting functions, balancing, and reconciliation activities

• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 2-5 hours per day

• Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support operational demands, including occasional extended hours

Pay Details: $16.13 per hour
