Job Summary 

We are seeking a Legal Recruiter with 2+ years of legal recruiting experience and strong sourcing skills. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for Attorneys, Paralegals, Corporate Legal, Litigation, Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Security-related roles. 

Key Responsibilities 

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for legal positions. 

Handle up to 15 active requisitions simultaneously. 

Source and engage qualified legal talent through various recruiting channels. 

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top candidates. 

Drive recruitment efforts to achieve 5+ hires per month. 

Required Skills 

2+ years of legal recruiting experience. 

Proven track record of recruiting Attorneys, Paralegals, and other legal professionals. 

Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills. 

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Experience recruiting within corporate legal departments, law firms, or legal services organizations. 

Familiarity with litigation, governance, compliance, and security-related legal functions.

Pay Rate: $46.67 per hour 

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  

Work Location: RICHMOND VA 23238 (Hybrid)

Pay Details: $46.67 per hour
