Financial Analyst

Responsibilities for a Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Process routine operational transactions including cost basis updates, tax lot maintenance, trade processing, payment processing, and account servicing activities

• Research and resolve cost basis discrepancies, transactional breaks, and client inquiries within established procedures and regulatory guidelines

• Generate reports, perform financial analysis, and maintain accurate records to support tax reporting and operational excellence

• Collaborate with internal business partners to provide quality customer service while ensuring compliance with IRS regulations, policies, and industry standards

Candidates for Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Experience reviewing financial statements, financial records, and transactional data with strong attention to detail

• Strong understanding of rules, regulations, policies, standards, and compliance requirements

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and client service skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future

• Pay: $25.24/hour

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Assignment Length: 5 Months

• Hybrid Schedule: Training will be onsite five days per week, then transition to a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of three onsite days per week

Pay Details: $25.24 per hour
