Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Provide clients and internal business partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses to inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Deliver effective operations support by resolving account-related issues, researching customer concerns, and ensuring timely problem resolution.

  • Manage risk by accurately authenticating clients, adhering to established policies and procedures, and escalating potential risks when necessary.

  • Navigate multiple systems, applications, and tools simultaneously to research information, document interactions, and improve customers’ financial experiences.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, financial services, or high-volume customer support environment.

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to navigate multiple screens and applications while accurately documenting information.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong grammar, and the ability to professionally communicate with clients, management, and peers.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving, de-escalation, confidentiality, and customer service skills.

  • Pay: $21.00/hour

  • Shift: Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time (5-7 weeks classroom-style training with OJT provided)

Additional Expectations:

  • Must follow attendance guidelines, including proper communication with supervisors and vendor partners regarding absences.

  • Punctuality is critical; employees are allotted 16 hours within the first 90 days.

  • Cell phone use is restricted to designated locations and approved times.

  • Must be able to work in a virtual setting while onsite during training.

  • Average daily call volume ranges from 40-60 calls per day.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
