When diversity and inclusion matters come up, usually we tend to focus on race and gender. However, making space in your workforce for autistic and neuro-divergent talent can open up your organization to a valuable and often overlooked talent pool.

For those who don't know: The term neurodiversity comes from a combination of ‘neurological’ and ‘diversity.’ It is the idea that brain function differences are just another form of identity and that there’s no such thing as neurologically normal (or neurotypical).

If you want to learn more about neurodiversity in the workplace, download our white paper in the chatbox to the right. In it, we:

  • Examine the benefits that neurodivergent talent can bring
  • Offer our tips on hiring and onboarding people with differently-wired brains
  • Suggest helpful accommodations to ensure that your neurodivergent talent thrives, long-term

The fact of the matter is that many companies still do not include neurodiversity in their diversity and inclusion strategies. Don't be one of the employers missing out.
