Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Adecco provided specialized staffing support to multiple clients across the United States.  As demand for specimen processing positions surged, our clients needed a partner that could support high-volume recruiting of these laboratory roles.

Our approach

Our team sourced, screened and presented qualified candidates to fill critical roles for rapid processing of COVID-19 specimens. We utilized multiple candidate attraction tools, leveraged Artificial Intelligence (AI) for applicant screening and other technologies to place associates into various laboratory processing roles. An onsite delivery model was implemented for large client sites to ensure program efficiency, scalability and transparency in communication. Finally, our team identified key laboratory positions that needed to support COVID-19 processing, including accessioners, lab supervisors and medical technicians.
