Every year ahead of the holidays, our long-time client faces a demanding peak season where we bring in roughly 400 candidates each week to fill temporary assignments lasting a few months.

To better support new peak associates, Adecco launched “Onboarder” training. This program temporarily promotes a handful of our year-round associates to management roles.

97% fill rate: 1,100+ Roles filled for 2023 peak season with 92% average daily attendance; 15 Year-round associates trained: Offering experienced Adecco associates the opportunity for a raise and career growth

Following training, these “Onboarders” take responsibility for onboarding seasonal workers, helping them navigate the site and day-to-day processes.

To create an engaging and customized program for our client, we brought in Adecco experts in associate training and Lean methodology.

6 Coursework journeys assigned: Training topics included insights for first-time managers, leadership development, conflict resolution, team management and feedback solicitation; 0 Complaints filed by seasonal associates: Training led to increased productivity and better working environment for peak workers

Through both in-person and remote training, we cover a range of topics that include leadership, communication, de-escalation strategies, and guidance for first-time managers and floor managers.
