Our client, a business process outsourcing provider, approached us with the need to fill more than 1,500 positions in four weeks. Internally, they didn’t have the manpower or structure to source, screen, hire, onboard, and support bringing that many customer service workers on board.
However, the headcount for these customer service roles soon grew to more than 3,800. Our direct hire team got to work, tapping into our 19 million-strong candidate database.
Through virtual career fairs with the client, candidates were able to learn about the open positions and ask questions in a live Q&A, so they were able to hear about the job and benefits packages before starting.
