For more than a decade, Adecco’s Creative & Marketing team served as a critical piece of our client’s business.

A fashion leader overseeing three internationally recognized brands, this client outsourced the entirety of their temporary workforce management to us. As our client grew – and continues to expand – we’ve evolved with them.

2014: 50 associates:Adecco comes onboard as MVP when client consisted of a single brand. We support them in filling junior-level creative roles.

2018: 200 associates: Client acquires another family of fashion brands, and we begin staffing additional types of roles, including digital, design and marketing.

Through our Master Vendor Program (MVP) with onsite presence, our client has a fully-integrated hiring team at their offices. We understand the unique needs of each brand, their overall business operations and office culture.

2021: 150 interns:Team takes over onboarding for our client’s summer intern program. At the end of the program, we help interns find new job opportunities.

2024, 400 associates: Client finalizes the acquisition of another fashion brand group, and we begin the discovery stage to develop a larger solution with additional tools and programs.
