Our client, a leader in healthcare information management, was preparing to ramp hiring for an outbound call center. Adecco was tasked to fill a large number of positions within their medical collections and medical terminology call centers. Simultaneously, the COVID-19 pandemic began, and our client needed to shift their workforce and all new hires to be remote.

To fill the open roles for our client, we led with a data-driven approach paired with our nationwide reach and expert-level sourcing strategies. Since the positions were remote, we identified additional cities that had qualified talent who were also available immediately.

To increase candidate supply, we leveraged market data to identify top locations for medical collections and medical terminology call center candidates. In addition, we tailored a new hire process to create an optimal candidate experience during onboarding. For an easy setup, we worked hand-in-hand with our client to create a logistics plan that ensured necessary equipment was seamlessly delivered to the associates.

Adecco provided an abundance of qualified candidates, which resulted in an additional 50% increase in positions created by our client, for 30 total associates across various markets.
