Our global client was expanding their network of fulfillment centers. Their goal was to create a strategic partnership that could staff six already established sites and then expand to six additional sites. We got to work to support their rapid growth and to mitigate the challenges of operating in a fast-paced, lower margin distribution and fulfillment center.

We put in place a dedicated centralized team to manage candidate applications and hiring event bookings. More than 60 recruitment coordinators were hired and trained to specifically facilitate these hiring events. In addition, more than 1,700 associates were transferred to Adecco (100% paid correctly from week one) and full HR services were established.
