Our client, a global leader in luxury and sports eyewear, was facing attraction, fulfillment, and retention challenges across their contingent workforce – so they partnered with Adecco to have us assess the program and identify opportunities for transformation.

As a result, we redesigned the governance model to include a dedicated onsite program management team as well as shift captains 100% committed to associate care. In addition, a centralized delivery model was implemented to provide increased resources and be fully focused on sourcing and recruitment efforts.

We also performed local pay rate analysis and leveraged Adecco Analytics to provide insights on the benefits of increasing wages.

Adecco funded a wage increase pilot to validate the need for higher pay rates and attract more candidates – moving from the 30th to the 60th percentile. As a result, we became the prevailing wage market leader and outperformed our client’s hiring goal.
