About the Foundation

Founded in 2019, the Adecco Group US Foundation is committed to
to making the world of work a fairer, more accessible, and better place. Its vision is of a world where all people are enabled to reach their full potential.

The Foundation is not a grant-giving foundation, but rather a group of dedicated colleagues committed to accelerating new solutions in the world of work. Its mission is to leverage the know-how, expertise, and resources of individuals and groups to drive social value creation in the field of employment and skills. The Foundation team helps people find their path through programs that contribute to economic mobility, career progression, and work equality. The focus is on making the future work for everyone.
