The Foundation is not a grant-giving foundation, but rather a group of dedicated colleagues committed to accelerating new solutions in the world of work. Its mission is to leverage the know-how, expertise, and resources of individuals and groups to drive social value creation in the field of employment and skills. The Foundation team helps people find their path through programs that contribute to economic mobility, career progression, and work equality. The focus is on making the future work for everyone.
The Foundation is dedicated to addressing the skills gap in America through work-related programs, partnerships, and investments that create greater economic opportunity for American workers – including youth, women, mature workers, and underserved populations.
The Foundation is a thought leader in the conversation about work equality in America. It supports organizations and participates in programs that advocate and champion work equality.
The Adecco Group US Foundation supports national causes and charities that impact and improve the lives of American workers with a focus on skills education.
Foundation pillars
The Foundation offers several upskilling and reskilling programs at no cost to candidates and associates across the Adecco Group, including but not limited to the Aspire Academy, forklift upskilling, High School Diploma Program, Team Captain Program, the Military Alliance, and CEO for One Month.
The Foundation partners with several organizations, such as Paradigm for Parity, who are committed to addressing the leadership gender gap in corporate America.
The Foundation supports national causes through organizations like Dress for Success and Girls Who Code, as well as other charities that impact and improve the lives of American workers with a focus on skills education.
