Founded in 2019, the Adecco Group US Foundation is committed to making the future work for everyone. Our vision is of a world where all people are enabled to reach their full potential.
We are not a grant-giving foundation, but rather a group of dedicated colleagues committed to accelerating new solutions in the world of work. We help people achieve their career aspirations through various programs and partnerships, and more broadly, give back to workers in their local communities.
Foundation pillars
We are dedicated to addressing the skills gap in America through work-related programs, partnerships, and investments that create greater economic opportunity for workers. Our focus is on programs that provide learning opportunities and career progression, with a passion for education and training. Through Aspire Academy, we offer over 3,000 free online courses and live-learning opportunities.
We are champions for a workforce that recognizes and values the talents and contributions of everyone. We advocate and partner with like-minded organizations and participate in programs that are committed to building brighter futures for all. Whether it’s helping workers find better work-life integration or offering leadership development to build confidence in taking on a promotion, the Adecco Group US Foundation stands by American workers as a force for good.
The Adecco Group US Foundation supports national causes and charities that impact and improve the lives of the American workforce with a focus on skills education. We dedicate all resources to investing in their local communities, specifically to help reintegrate individuals into the workforce.
