The training can be conducted in three languages, either at your company or at one of the Swiss Logistics centres located throughout Switzerland.
The training is even free of charge in certain cases- Administrative tasks are also taken care of.

The Adecco Forklift Academy uses advanced technologies, such as virtual and augmented reality and artificial intelligence, to recreate critical situations that cannot be simulated in traditional training, such as falling objects or sudden pedestrian appearances. Every behaviour is analysed in detail to provide participants with guidance based on their actual job skills.

A step-by-step pathway to success
Together, we assess whether participants meet the necessary requirements and review their experience.
Participants then train in different scenarios using the simulator. An oil stain on the road? With the training device, you can run through everything with zero risk – and then receive instant feedback.
Here, participants experience working on a real forklift. What are the effects of certain loads? How does it actually feel to use it? What they have learnt is translated into real life.
Upon successful completion, participants will be issued with a certificate confirming that they have successfully acquired or refreshed their skills to operate a forklift truck.
