The Adecco Forklift Academy relies on a highly efficient learning method: a training device powered by virtual and augmented reality technology, capable of simulating every possible real-life scenario with AI support. Falling objects, unexpected pedestrians—these are situations that traditional training cannot cover. Participants' behavior is precisely recorded, helping to deploy them in the workplace according to their skills.

A step-by-step pathway to success
First, we clarify whether participants meet the necessary requirements and check their existing experience.
Afterwards, we provide a clear, engaging introduction to forklift types, features, and safe, eco-conscious driving.
Participants then train in different scenarios using the simulator. An oil stain on the road? With the training device, you can run through everything with zero risk – and then receive instant feedback.
Here, participants experience working on a real forklift. What are the effects of certain loads? How does it actually feel to use it? What they have learnt is translated into real life.
Upon successful completion, participants will be issued with a certificate confirming that they have successfully acquired or refreshed their skills to operate a forklift truck.
