| Radiologic Technologist / CT Technologist Pay Range: $29.32–$36.65 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Location: New Hampshire Schedule: On-call and weekend requirements to be determined Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist / CT Technologist to join a collaborative diagnostic imaging team. Working under the direction of radiologists and the supervision of the Director of Radiology, the Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures and operates computerized tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care, demonstrate strong technical skills, and work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment. Candidates must be willing to cross-train in additional imaging modalities as needed. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic and CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols. Operate computerized tomography equipment safely and effectively. Obtain high-quality diagnostic images of the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities. Properly position and prepare patients for imaging procedures. Provide age-appropriate care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Explain procedures to patients and answer questions in a professional and compassionate manner. Follow radiation safety procedures and established patient-care standards. Assess patient needs and communicate relevant concerns to physicians and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation. Operate computer systems and imaging-related software effectively. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable policies and regulations. Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment. Cross-train in additional imaging modalities as required. Maintain technical competency and stay current with imaging practices and technology. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Graduate of an American Medical Association-approved school of Radiologic Technology. Current registration/certification in Radiography. Current BLS certification. Training and/or experience working with patients across a broad range of ages, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Willingness to cross-train in additional imaging modalities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with patients, coworkers, physicians, and visitors. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team. Computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare technology. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software applications. Preferred Qualifications Additional certification in Computed Tomography (CT) highly preferred. Previous CT experience preferred. Familiarity with MEDITECH or comparable healthcare information systems preferred. Experience working in a hospital or diagnostic imaging environment preferred. Compensation & Incentives Pay Range: $29.32–$36.65 per hour Additional incentives may include: $7,500 sign-on bonus Up to $7,500 relocation assistance Up to $15,750 in student loan repayment over three years Eligibility requirements and applicable terms may apply.
