Workflow Coordinator

Perks:   

• Shift: Sun-Thur 5:45 am - 2:15 pm

• Pay: $20.50 p/h

Responsibilities:  

• Prioritize and distribute daily work assignments based on production needs and deadlines.

• Monitor workflow and team performance to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with supervisors to establish and adjust processing priorities throughout the shift.

• Provide day-to-day support by answering employee questions and assisting with operational issues.

• Perform processing tasks and production work as needed to support team goals.

 

Requirements:  

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate workplace systems.

• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production setting.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn new processes.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
