Wiring Harness Assembly Team Lead

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the wiring harness assembly team to ensure production, quality, and customer requirements are met.

  • Design and create wiring harness blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation.

  • Assemble wiring harnesses according to specifications and customer requirements.

  • Use wire crimpers, wire strippers, cutters, and other hand tools to produce quality assemblies.

  • Read, interpret, and modify wiring diagrams and technical drawings as needed.

  • Train and support assemblers on proper assembly techniques, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues and identify effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams on product development and process improvements.

  • Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of designs, revisions, and production documentation.

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous wiring harness assembly or electrical assembly experience preferred.

  • Strong ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Experience using hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, and cutters.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting and training team members.



Pay Details: $20.00 per week
