Position Summary

Adecco is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Labor Associate position in American Canyon, CA. This role supports warehouse and production operations through product rework, repacking, material handling, sanitation, and general facility support. Associates will be responsible for removing inserts from existing cartons and placing products into new cartons, with the potential for repacking bottles into cartons as business needs require. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Remove inserts from existing cartons and transfer products into new packaging.

• Repack bottles and products according to customer specifications and work instructions.

• Perform product rework, labeling, sorting, and packaging tasks.

• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and sanitation.

• Move materials throughout the facility using proper lifting techniques.

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Support additional warehouse and general labor functions as directed by leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 30 to 60 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, or general labor experience.

• Experience with material handling and inventory movement.

• Forklift operating experience, including use of various attachments.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions, emails, and shipping documentation.

Work Environment

Pay Details: $17.25 per hour
