Welder

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Welder position in Aurora, IL. Responsibilities:

· Perform daily manufacturing of components and finished assemblies for safety instrumentation products
· Fit, set up, operate, inspect, and troubleshoot welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, STICK, and FLUX Core welding processes
· Follow Standard Work procedures, maintain quality standards, identify nonconforming conditions, and support continuous improvement initiatives
· Maintain a clean and organized work area utilizing 5S principles while promoting safety, productivity, and teamwork

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 5-7 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
· Proficiency with MIG, TIG, STICK, and FLUX Core welding, including equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
· Ability to read and write in English, perform basic math calculations, use measurement tools, basic computer skills, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Perks:

· Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
· Weekly paycheck
· Pay: $34.50-$38.00 per hour

Pay Details: $34.50 per hour
