Job mission

The Temp Coordinator, Watch Merchandising will be the main point of contact for the commercial team (Retail, Specialist Retail, Ecommerce) for stock and order management activities including sold order management, stock rebalancing and stock recall as well as a secondary point of contact for administrative activities. The role will help to ensure stock and administrative needs are fulfilled to support Watch business.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Network collaboration

  • Responsible for stock rebalancing activity including communication and coordination with Retail Boutiques, Local Distribution, Merchandise Planners and Transportation.

  • Actively tracks activities and communicates concerns with Merchandise Planners.

  • Ensure Commercial network feedbacks and deliverables are shared with Merchandise Coordinators and actions are taken to achieve desired outcome.

Order Management

  • Partners with Merchandise Coordinators on daily sold needs.

  • Monitors shared file for requests and fulfills as needed by partnering with Retail Boutique, Local Logistics, Transportation.

  • Alerts Merchandise Coordinator to any deviation.

  • Manage order creation, delivery and tracking for various free of charge materials including visual merchandise elements, POSM, Catalogs, Client Experience Gifting and Retail Partner Ambassador Incentives.

Stock Management

  • Manage return of product to Local Distribution Center for aging consignments. Follow up on status and document flow.

  • Coordinates tracking of activities by maintaining tracking file, alerting management to any deviations of process.

Secondary Support

  • Secondary contact for creation of warranty card replacements and POSM, fulfilment through logistics and tracking of deliveries

  • Secondary contact for leather strap and spare part inquiries (product availability, special order, deliveries, systems).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience related to merchandising is required

  • Excellent computer proficiency with MS-Office (mainly Excel)

  • SAP system experience is a plus

  • Experience in Store Planning or Store Operations is appreciated

  • Knowledge of Luxury is a strong plus

  • Maintain clear focus on client needs

  • An entrepreneurial mind-set that includes a curiosity to improve business acumen

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management

  • Strong collaboration skills to negotiate effectively across organizational boundaries

  • Fast learner

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed



Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
